第一回国際尺八音楽祭（岡山県美星町）に出演

第三回長谷検校記念全国邦楽コンクール優秀賞受賞（尺八の部第１位）
1998
第二回国際尺八音楽祭（コロラド州ボルダー）に出演
1999
第一回オーストラリア尺八フェスティバルに出演 以降毎回講師として参加
2000
シャルルデュトワ指揮NHK交響楽団と「ノヴェンバーステップス」共演
2002
第三回ビクター邦楽技能者オーディション合格（記念CD発売）
2004
第四回国際尺八フェスティバルinニューヨークに出演
2008
第五回国際尺八フェスティバルinシドニーに出演。開催実行委員を勤める。

Studied shakuhachi with Katsuya Yokoyama after recommendation from first teacher Seido Saito.
1987
Graduated from the 32nd NHK Traditional Music Conservatory.
1994
Performed at the First International Shakuhachi Music Festival, Bisei, Okayama
1997
The Third Nagatani Kengyo Memorial, National Japanese Music Competition First Prize Shakuhachi Section, Overall Prize for Excellence.
1998
Performed at the Second International Shakuhachi Music Festival, Boulder, Colorado, USA.
1999
Performed at the First Australian Shakuhachi Festival, Sydney.
2000
Performed Toru Takemitsu’s “November Steps” with the NHK Symphony Orchestra conducted by Charles Dutoit.
2002
Passed the Third Victor Japanese Music Performer Audition. Solo CD "Koten Shakuhachi" Released on the Victor label.
2004
Performed at the 4th International Shakuhachi Festival, New York.
2008
Invited Performer/Instructor at the 2008 World Shakuhachi Festival, Sydney, Australia.
